Jason Neef is the owner and CEO of Kicksite, a software management company that helps martial arts school owners and its staff increase their efficiency and profitability.

Kicksite and his team serve: - More than 1500 martial arts businesses - Clients in over 23 different countries - Some of the largest Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, and Kickboxing associations in the world

Before devoting his work full time to Kicksite, Jason served as Government Affairs Director at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, a multi billion dollar healthcare organization whose focus is on improving the health and wellness of our nation.

Jason has delivered presentations to the martial arts industry on leadership, financial management, and business operational efficiency at the Tiger Rock Business Summit, the ATA World Conference, the ASA Leadership Conference, the RSB Coach Con, the RCJ Machado Training Summit, and the Taekwondo United National Tournament.

In addition to being CEO at Kicksite and consultant to the martial arts industry, Jason continues to place a high priority on health and wellness in his personal life. He has earned his black belt in Taekwondo and continues to use Jiu Jitsu and weight training to improve his fitness. Most recently, Jason has begun to discuss the impact one’s health can have on defense against COVID-19.
